Selmer’s contracting team works across sectors within infrastructure and building and construction. We assist in all stages of the projects, including by establishing the appropriate contracting strategy, procurement processes, contract structures, negotiations, project execution and claims management. We also assist with final settlements, mediation and dispute resolution, and are actively involved at system level preventing disputes.

We possess particularly high levels of expertise in large cooperative projects, major infrastructure projects, technical contracts and framework contracts, as well as architectural and advisory issues. Our lawyers are regularly engaged in disputes in all of these fields, both before specialist dispute resolution bodies and the general courts, and many are authorised to appear before the Supreme Court of Norway.

We work closely with the specialist public procurement group, which gives us the opportunity to provide integrated assistance in procurement processes.
