Anders F. Wilhelmsen is a litigation expert who works with litigation accross all Selmer's
Anders has extensive experience with litigation on all levels of the Norwegian judiciary. He is admitted to the Supreme Court, and has appeared before it in a number of cases, the last of which before the Court in plenary. Anders has argued cases within most areas of civil law. He has had particularly many cases concerning tax law, including the special petroleum taxation regime in Norway, and intellectual property law. Anders was one of the Norwegian Government's attorneys in the Norwegian climate lawsuit "People vs. Arctic oil". Thus, he has extensive experience with climate law and the development within that area. Anders also has experience with litigation before international courts. Anders is a member of the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights (KFIR).
After working 12 years as an attorney at the office of the Attorney General Civil Affairs, the last one and half years in a secondment at the Office of the Prime Minster of Norway, Anders is an expert on public and administrative law, and how the decision-making process within the public sector works.
