Ingar Solheim is an expert on transactions and financing. He represents both listed and unlisted companies, and has acted as lead partner in the negotiation of several significant and complex domestic and cross border transactions including relevant financing agreements. Ingar has a deep strategic business understanding and a goal-oriented approach, and effectively ensures the accomplishment of the deals he is involved in. Ingar has extensive experience from a wide range of transactions for clients within Private Equity and the trade and industry sector, including acquisitions, divestitures, IPO's and financing. His practice also encompasses advising portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate law matters, and he is often reengaged as an adviser after the Private Equity fund's exit. Ingar has assignments as arbitrator in disputes related to transactions. The international rating bureau Financial Law Review (IFLR) ranks Ingar as "Leading Lawyer" in the Corporate/M&A category. He is also recommended as one of the leading transaction lawyers in Norway by Chambers and The Legal 500.
