Mads Fuglesang

Mads Fuglesang heads Selmer´s construction and procurement group and specialises in commercial contracts and dispute resolution within the construction and offshore industries. Mads advises contractors, proprietors and advisers within the construction industry, other land-based industries and the offshore sector on contract negotiations, claims management, mediation and disputes. He has participated in several large private and public procurement processes with main responsibility for the contract strategy, negotiations and implementation, both as an external adviser and as in-house counsel. Working with these projects, Mads has gained extensive expertise in the issues that may arise on both the supplier and buyer side. He regularly litigates cases before the ordinary courts and courts of arbitration.
