Marie Eltervaag advises Norwegian and international companies on a with a wide range of issues relating to ESG and Corporate Compliance. She has experience in advising on implementation of compliance programs, anti-corruption, third-party risk management, international sanctions and trade restrictions. She also assists companies in a wide range of industries with Integrity Due Diligence and background checks of the companies' international partners. Marie also has considerable experience as appointed trustee in bankruptcy and foreclosure estates. She has experience in assisting companies in all stages of insolvency and reconstruction processes as well as with acquisitions and negotiations with bankruptcy estates.
