Martin Bogstrand Sørensen is part of the Selmer dispute team, and is specialized in civil procedure in real estate, public law and expropriation.
He has extensive experience with expropriation and appraisal cases regarding compensation for commercial property, development property, industrial property and rights, or valuation of shares and property upon redemption in accordance with, for example, the Companies Act or the Planning and Building Act. In addition, he has extensive experience in civil disputes within compensation and contracts related to property and infrastructure, public law interventions , the Open Air Act, neighbor relations, and lawsuits regarding the validity of public regulations and individual decisions, for example in planning and building cases or within the petroleum sector.
Martin also provides general advice within commercial property, property development, expropriation and planning and building law, and holds several board positions in the real estate industry. He was previously employed by the Parliamentary Ombudsman, where he particularly worked with planning and building law issues.
