Martin Tandstad Ege

Mr Martin Tandstad Ege is part of both Selmer's TMT team and the Energy team. His primary works relate to both contentious and non-contentious contractual matters related to oil and gas, renewable energy, technology and technology development. Martin frequently assists on large projects within his fields of expertise and has significant experience with all stages of projects from tender to final close-out, including negotiations, contract administration, subcontracts and disputes. Further, Martin assists clients with drafting, negotiations and operational support related to various forms of joint venture and cooperation agreements and structures, sale and purchase of assets, distribution agreements and other commercial contracts. Martin has previously worked as an in-house counsel and has significant experience with operational support in Norwegian and international contexts.
