Expertise
Milja Lønne Mørkhagen is part of Selmer's stock exchange and securities law team.
She assists Norwegian and international issuers, financial advisers and investors with stock exchange and securities law, company law and M&A. Milja has experience from a number of IPOs, rights issues, private placements and acquisitions.
Milja also has experience with buybacks, incentive programmes, stabilization measures, and also provides ongoing advice on corporate governance.
