Nora Marie Eikenæs Asplin

Nora is primarily associated within the areas of sustainability and renewable energy and the environment. She is the legal specialist in Selmer's sustainability team and has for several years specialized in the corporate sustainability responsibility. She has analytical and strategic skills and has experience in advising private actors in strategy development and change processes. As part of Selmer's sustainability team, Nora advises a number of companies that are at the forefront of energy restructuring in society, with the areas ESG and sustainability. Nora has in-depth insight into the existing and future ESG framework, and specializes in the EU's taxonomy and the Transparency Act in particular. In addition, Nora assists with compliance-related issues, commercial contracts, transactions and company law issues for the energy sector. Nora regularly gives lectures on the legal regulation of sustainability.
