Rammiya Arumugam

Rammiya Arumugam works primarily with transactions and M&A, general company law and contract law. She has extensive experience within transactions and has managed several acquisitions for private equity funds and industrial players. Rammiya assists with purchase and sale of companies, and in this connection often assists with due diligence processes, drafting of agreements and documentation, and negotiations. She thus works with a wide range of general company law issues, and various forms of company law agreements. Rammiya is also a member of Selmer's department for company law. She is also active in Selmer's work with students and gives lectures on company law for students.
