Shagha Yousefi is specialized in public procurement, state aid, competition law, and company law.
Within procurement, Shagha assists suppliers with general advice, in addition to writing complaints to public contracting authorities, the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (NO: KOFA) and with processes before the court. Within state aid, she assists clients in assessments of whether measures constitute aid and questions about the aid's compatibility and group exemptions. Shagha also has experience in merger control, and with investigative cases for the European Commission.
Shagha has a master's degree in competition and state aid law, where she specialized in services of general economic importance and competition law within the telecoms, energy and transport sectors. She has a bachelor's degree in economics.
Shagha also works with company law and transactions, and has been involved in a number of due diligence processes.
