Camilla Fingarsen

Camilla Fingarsen is a part of Selmer's tax department, and has more than 10 years' experience in Norwegian and international corporate taxation. Camilla is advising Norwegian and international group on i.a. reorganisations, tax structuring, cross-border transactions and -etablishments, in addition to tax audits and tax disputes on the administrative level. She has assisted clients within a broad spectrum of fields and industries, but with a specific focus towards private equity, oil service and technology. Before joining Selmer, Camilla worked for the Norwegian tax authorities and PwC. Her background has allowed her to develop significant experience in taxation of Norwegian-controlled companies in low tax countries ("NOKUS"), tax treaty issues, cross-border transactions and exit tax upon moving. Camilla's competence enables her to efficiently assess tax risks and provide precise tax advice, and to assist clients facing complex tax audits."
