Clara Marie Hverven

Clara Marie Hverven is a part of Selmer's real estate team, and is specialized within property law, planning law and expropriation. Clara focuses her practice on real estate development projects and civil procedure. She advices clients on all matters related to zoning plans and building applications as well as structuring of property, such as registration of deeds and encumbrances, partitioning of properties, sectioning of buildings. Clara also advices on agreements on property acquisitions as well as acquisitions by expropriation. Clara also advices in real estate transactions. Clara is specialized i planning law from the University of Bergen, og wrote the master thesis "The meaning of private rights in building matters – an analysis of the interplay between planning law and property law".
