Erica Blakstad specialises in debt financing and restructuring in the bank and bond market. She regularly advises arrangers, managers, lenders and borrowers within most categories of national and international financial transactions, including LBOs, project financing, export financing, syndicated financing and bond issues. Erica also has considerable experience in advising in restructuring matters within the shipping and offshore sectors, and has assisted in some of the most complex financial restructurings during the recent years.
