Helene Hem Halum works with a wide range of property law matters and is specialized at commercial real estate transactions and lease agreements. Helene has for several years assisted in multiple transactions, including large and complex matters. Her experience includes all stages of the transaction processes, including due diligence reviews, contract negotiations and implementation of settlement and takeover. Helene also assists clients in negotiations of lease agreements within offices, retail and hotels. Helene also advices in matters related to existing and currently running leases. In addition, Helene works with development projects as well as other property related issues, such as easements, registration of deeds, encumbrances etc. Helene has previosuly worked as a deputy judge.
