Martin Lüttichau

Martin Lüttichau works with dispute resolution and real estate matters. He represents both contractors and proprietors in disputes related to contractual terms and conditions, and final settlements. Martin has broad experience with planning and building law, and regularly assists developers in the implementation of major zoning plan processes and building projects. Martin also has considerable experience with sectioning, establishing and dividing property as part of realization of development projects. He has extensive experience with the development and construction of larger housing projects, and is adviser to several of the most significant developers in Norway. He also regularly assists suppliers in cases against bankrupt estates and third parties who make claims based on the supplier's business.
